Timothy M. Porter has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. He proudly served 10 years in United States Army until he was honorably discharged in 1998 as a Platoon Sergeant. Porter cut his teeth working for two years for Spherion Technology and providing technical support to Fortune 500 clients of Dell Inc. Porter then worked as a senior systems administrator and manager at San Antonio Express-News for nine years.
At each career step, Porter embraced education and excellence. He earned his M.B.A. at the University of Incarnate Word in 2007. His drive to excel and deliver the best results for clients has earned Porter numerous accolades in his career.
Porter has also maintained a consistent involvement in the community, serving as World Affairs Council of San Antonio’s Technology Committee Chairman beginning in 2007, serving on the advisory council of Goodwill Industries for two years and more.
As a management information systems instructor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Porter is beyond busy, but he identified a void he knew he could fill. Aaron Sandoval, Vice President of Technology
Sandoval has more than 12 years of experience as an Information Technology Manager, Software Architect and Software Engineer.
Sandoval’s skills and professional experience in information technology positions as ASP.NET Web Developer, Software Programmer, Level III Lead Technician and Project Manager makes him versatile expert.
He has eight years experience in Microsoft .NET development and more than nine years of custom software development experience in Enterprise environments.
For the past two years he has developed high end applications for the iPhone/iPad/Android that integrate databases with enterprise systems, yielding a high end-user experience.
Sandoval’s experience includes managing, designing, developing and deploying complex systems. He has developed technical expertise in Rich Internet Applications, Usability and Object Oriented analysis, design and development.
Sandoval has contributed to the success and progress of several organizations because of his skills and business acumen. He is an engaging leader with integrity and the ability to deliver results by aligning team performance with strategic goals.
